Working closely with families, carers, and partner agencies, you’ll focus on safeguarding children, supporting families, and promoting positive outcomes.You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting timely and thorough assessments of children’s needs.
- Developing and implementing effective plans to support families
- .Using specific intervention methods to achieve the best outcomes.
- Writing reports for court and other professional settings.
- Keeping accurate and secure records using our digital systems.
- Promoting self-reliance among families through advice and guidance.
- Preparing for and participating in supervision, appraisal, and professional development.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re recruiting for three levels of Social Workers:Level 1 (Grade 9):Registration with Social Work England.Entry-level practitioners working towards or completing their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).Level 2 (Grade 10):Social Workers with proven experience and completion of ASYE.A strong track record of assessments, planning, and interventions.Level 3 (Grade 11):Experienced Social Workers who mentor and support less experienced staff.Progression towards or completion of a Practice Educator qualification.Key Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency setting.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and secure digital records.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
