Social Worker - Duty & Assessment - Randstad Care : Job Details

Are you an experienced social worker looking for a rewarding opportunity? Worcestershire County Council is seeking experienced social workers to join our patch-based assessment teams. This role offers a supportive and collaborative environment, focusing on high-quality care for children and young people.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from initial contact to completion, including S17 and S47 assessments.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and families.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a qualified social worker.
