Social Worker - Randstad Care : Job Details

Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker with hospital discharge experience? Have you got experience working within a multi-agency environment? We are on the lookout for Qualified Social Workers to join Southwark in the intermediate care team! This is a full time role working across 5 days per week. • Social Work England registration
