Qualified Social Worker, Salford City CouncilPay rate, £30 per hourRole Purpose: - The provision of a community mental health social work service within the framework of a multi-disciplinary team for clients who have perceived difficulties broadly defined as mental illness through specialist activities, casework and counselling, requiring the application of skills and knowledge of a professionally qualified Social Worker.Manage duty desk within the older adult CMHT.Role is office based but includes home / care home visits to complete assessments.
