Job Title: Band 6 Social Worker (community role)

Ward: Learning disability Team

Location: Scott Hospital - Westbourne Scotts Road Business park, Plymouth, PL2 2PH

Start: ASAP

End: TBC

Working Pattern: 37.5 mon - Fri 9-5 (negotiable)

Shift Pattern: 9-5 (negotiable)

Specific Skills:

• Worked with Court of Protection
• Need to have worked in an MDT, (Multi-Disciplinary Team)
• Worked with / full aware of the Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)

• Car driver is essential (Parking available)

• Preferred knowledge S1(system 1) and eclipse, If having worked in the Southwest and worked recently, then should have one or the other knowledge. If they have Eclipse, they can get started and be trained on S1.

(some remote working accepted - 70% - Team are flexible)
