• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality sociology lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to foster their academic growth.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching sociology.
• Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance educational practices.

• A degree in Sociology or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching sociology at the secondary school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring students.
