About The Company:OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with a turnover of £1.7bn and 50,000+ colleagues.We deliver innovative, award-winning services to the public and private sectors and our mission is to make people and places the best they can be.This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering,cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Venues market.About The Role:This role of Soft Services Manager is mainly based in the CCTV control room and will be heavily involved in supporting the Security team, as well as overseeing the Cleaning side of the business.Days of Work: Variable Shift Rota, averaging 48 hours per week.Shift Pattern: 5 on 2 offAs part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the delivery of cleaning, portering, retail catering, CCTV and security at a consistently elevated level that meets contractual requirements.
• Actively manage contractors and suppliers to ensure that they perform at the required level as part of an integrated service delivery.
• Identify, mitigate and control risks by taking a risk-based approach to the management of Service Parameters and contracted operational compliance, identifying control measures and monitoring required actions.
• Identify areas of non-compliance or elevated risk of failure, planning and monitoring remedial actions within agreed timeframes and to agreed action plans.
• Actively manage service monitoring by owning the performance parameter monitoring process, plan and monitor corrective actions as required, working to minimise deduction risk.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• MUST hold a SIA CCTV licence
• Proven track record of direct management of security operations.
• Experience of P&L operational accountability.
• Excellent PC skills with full Microsoft office knowledge.
