Software Delivery Manager - Asset Management | £90K-£120K | London/Hybrid

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Software Delivery Manager to lead a high-caliber team of engineers in building and evolving a cutting-edge investment data platform. This is a key strategic role in a growing business area, providing an opportunity to shape the platform's future while working closely with senior stakeholders.

• Leading a team of 6-9 engineers delivering large-scale software solutions
• Overseeing SDLC - from requirements, design, and implementation to testing and deployment
• Driving agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban, Jira) and project management responsibilities
• Managing platform architecture, code evolution, and availability in production
• Partnering with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align technology with investment strategies
• Recruiting, mentoring, and coaching engineers to build a high-performing team

• Experience as a Software Delivery Manager in a fast-paced, high-performance team
• Strong background in investment/asset management - essential
• Exposure to data platforms and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of Java or Python is a plus, though hands-on coding isn't required
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment
