Our customer is an independent business in the Renewable sector, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join their team. In this role, you will redesign, develop, and maintain the companies bespoke CRM system and Website, the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, be passionate about innovation, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The role:

• Develop and Maintain Software: Write, test, and deploy high-quality code for web and the CRM system
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Sales team and Managing Director to deliver software solutions that meet business and customer requirements.
• Participate in System Design: Contribute to system design to create scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Implement Data Management Solutions: Develop software to process and analyse large datasets
• Ensure Code Quality and Performance: Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure code meets company standards.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Investigate, diagnose, and solve software bugs and technical issues in a timely manner.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Programming Languages: Experience with languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Renewables Sector (preferred but not required)
