SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - ML/AI$150,000 - $200,000FINTECHCHICAGO (HYBRID, 4 DAYS ON SITE)

Harnham is partnering with a high-growth, exciting, FinTech business based in Chicago that is looking for a motivated candidate to join them in enhancing open-source AI.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Software Developer (AI/ML) you will be tasked with:

• Developing, Optimising and fine-tuning ML models to increase accuracy, efficiency and performance
• Utilize innovative AI Techniques for optimization (feature engineering, hyperparameter, transfer learning)
• Evaluate model performance, improving and implementing updates
• Integrate AI/ML tech into projects
• Support in documentation of model development, outcomes and areas for improvement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field.
• Strong experience in AI or Machine learning model development
• Expertise in fine-tuning and optimization of ML models
• Excellent Python and familiarity with TensorFlow & PyTorch
• Skilled in Stakeholder Management and Communication
