• A solid history of managing software development projects from start to finish.
• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
