Software Engineer (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire) | West Midlands | Up to £65,000 | Hybrid | Clear Progression

We are excited to partner with a forward-thinking FinTech company based in the West Midlands to help them find a skilled Software Engineer to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and become a key player in the company's ongoing development.

You will be part of a small but highly dynamic team of 3 developers, working on innovative solutions in the fast-paced financial technology sector. If you have strong experience with Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire, we want to hear from you!

• Develop and maintain web applications using Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire.
• Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to define and execute development strategies.
• Work closely with the development team to implement new features, improve existing functionality, and resolve any issues.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the product, aligning with the company's technical goals.
• Participate in regular code reviews and collaborate on technical problem-solving.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in FinTech and web development.

• Proven experience with Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies and their integration with back-end systems.
• Previous experience working in a collaborative, small-team environment is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus but not essential.

• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office, offering a flexible working arrangement.
