I am working with a long standing client of ours to help them hire FOUR Engineering Managers to join the business.

With a firmly cemented place in the financial market, our client have gone from strength to strength over the past two decades and are showing NO signs of slowing down

This is a business that really puts people at the heart of everything they do, so soft skills are just as (if not more) important as commercial background.

While this is not a hands-on role, you will be managing either JavaScript or JVM teams, so previous experience in either of these ecosystems is advantageous.
