• Building high-performance teams through line management and supporting their development
• Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring the right technical skills and culture fit for the company
• Be an influential technical leader, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cross-team intiatives

Skills and Experience Required:

• Technical proficiency with JavaScript, Typescript, Node and Cloud Platforms
• Previous experience developing engineers and cultivating an enabling environment for them to thrive
• Comfortable within a fast-paces, agile environment
• Passionate about building great products with scale, security, resilience, and a great customer experience

This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis, offering a starting salary up to £100,000 (Depending upon experience) and a mostly remote, hybrid model.
