Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with a variety of corporate, banking, and funds transactions for the organisation.
• Advising on the regulatory and risk requirements for related transactions and contracts
• Collaborating with the investors on their deals and commercial support
• Ad hoc advisory support for the organisation including commercial contracts

Profile

The successful candidate will be a strong mid-level corporate transactional lawyer, ideally with experience in the banking & finance space, who wants to take the jump into a Sole Counsel position.

Job Offer

Your offerings will include a base salary of £90,000 - £150,000 depending on candidate experience, bonus of up to appx. 75%, and a benefits package.
