Solicitor - BROWNS RECRUITMENT GROUP LTD : Job Details

Our well established client are looking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Lawyer or Paralegal to join their Dispute Resolution Team in their Ross-on-Wye office, ideally with experience in Contentious Probate and Property Litigation. The successful candidate will be either a Solicitor / FCILEX qualified or a senior paralegal with equivalent experience.

Civil litigation experience is essential including knowledge of CPR as well as previous experience in dealing with fast track and multi-track matters.

You will:

• Be well organized and able to run a considerable number of cases.• Be resilient and committed, remaining composed under pressure.• Have excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally.• Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.• Have strong IT skills, particularly the use of Excel and Word.• Be self motivated with a strong work ethic.• Uphold the firm’s reputation by providing a first-class service.
