Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an employment law professional to take on a broad and varied caseload, providing expert advice on a range of employment-related issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a variety of employment law matters, including day-to-day hr issues, employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Drafting high-quality and bespoke hr documents, including settlement agreements, policies, and employment contracts.
  • Supporting clients with tribunal claims, from early-stage advice through to representation in hearings.
  • Managing your own caseload, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Providing strategic advice on employment-related matters, including employee relations, redundancy, and disciplinary processes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with practical and effective legal solutions.
  • Collaborating with other members of the firm, working as part of a team to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in employment law and proactively sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • At least 2 years PQE in employment law.
  • A strong understanding of employment law, including advisory work, tribunal claims, and hr matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal issues clearly and effectively to clients.
  • A client-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide pragmatic legal solutions.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative and working independently.
  • Competence in using legal software and technology, with a willingness to embrace new tools and systems to improve efficiency.
  • A keen desire to develop personally and professionally, with an openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning.
