Job Opportunity: Solicitor in Glasgow

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scottish-qualified solicitor to join a leading casualty litigation team in Glasgow. This role involves defending a variety of claims on behalf of insurers and corporate clients, including employer and public liability matters, as well as large-loss motor claims. The position offers exposure to complex litigation and the chance to work closely with experienced partners and associates in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 months' litigation experience
• Strong understanding of civil litigation, particularly in defender work
• Experience with court appearances and case preparation

Skills:

• Proactive and analytical approach to claims investigation and resolution
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
