Benefits: Amazing Offices, Stood up desks, Pool table, Gym membership + So much more, A Real Estate Solicitor provides expert legal advice and services on property transactions, working with clients such as developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and businesses.Responsibilities for the Solicitor - Real Estate - (Resi & BTL) :• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements for commercial and residential properties.• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.• Conduct due diligence, including title reviews, searches, and planning permissions.• Advise on landlord-tenant matters, property disputes, and real estate financing.• Assist with corporate property transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.• Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and client requirements.Qualifications for the Solicitor - Real Estate - (Resi & BTL):• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (SRA-regulated).• 2-5+ years of PQE in real estate law.• Knowledge of property law, commercial contracts, and conveyancing processes.Skills for the Solicitor - Real Estate - (Resi & BTL):• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.Please apply now,
