Job Title: Solution Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Analyst to join a Global Retail Banking customer of ours. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating road maps and designing high-level solutions, as well as managing stakeholders within the Cards and Retail Banking sectors.

• Develop and design high-level road maps and solutions.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement effective solutions.
• Analyse data to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Provide architectural expertise in the Cards and Retail Banking sectors.

• Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or Solution Architect.
• Strong technical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Cards and Retail Banking.

• Experience in creating and implementing strategic road maps.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
