Solution Engineer – Manchester - Hybrid workingSolution Engineer, .Net, C#, Implementation, Technical Solutions, Client Interaction, Software ArchitectThis advanced Software solutions provider is seeking a driven and self-motivated Solution Engineer to join their dynamic technical team. Based in Manchester with a hybrid working model, the key focus of this role is to implement and configure tailored solutions that meet client requirements.The Solution Engineer will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and objectives
• Implementing and configuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Participating in technical discussions and workshops with clients, staying informed on industry trends
• Providing technical support during the pre-sales process, identifying potential risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies
• Working alongside the development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
• Maintaining and developing integrations between the company’s platform and customer systems, primarily using C# and .Net
• Collaborating with customer success and support teams to resolve post-implementation issues and optimize the customer journey

The following skills & experience are required:

• Strong expertise in cloud computing, APIs, integration patterns, and microservices architecture
• Solid experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools
• Experience in implementing software solutions
• Knowledge of supporting and maintaining bespoke applications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex technical problems effectively
