A Solutions Manager is required to join an innovative software development company. This is a pivotal role that is busy and varied and involves client engagement, product management, and strategic marketing.There are two main sides to the position. Firstly, it is about managing the process internally with the development team. Secondly, it is about being the face of the business externally, including networking and strong market understanding.Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings.
- Engage with key decision-makers.
- Analyse the competitive landscape and gather client feedback for service improvement.
- Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategic initiatives.
- Manage content areas on our website and generate marketing materials.
- Respond to client and developer inquiries.
- Together with the rest of the team provide client training.
- Translate business requirements into development specifications.
Key Skills/Experience

- Basic understanding of digital software and AI
