Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with customers and internal teams, set expectations, and keep all parties updated on progress.
- Active Listening: Engage with stakeholders to fully understand problems, asking the right questions to uncover key insights.
- Clear Documentation: Create concise and well-structured findings for internal and external use.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Brainstorm and experiment with potential solutions, assessing their feasibility and impact.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams to agree on and implement the most effective solutions.
- Organization & Discipline: Manage your own workload, record time spent on initiatives, and meet deadlines.
- Transparency: Provide regular updates for project tracking and management reporting.
- Team Support: Assist peers, adapt to team needs, and contribute to collective success.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with the Microsoft technology stack including .NET, C#, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions leveraging these technologies.
- Experience with querying large datasets to support analysis and decision-making.
- Familiarity with complex systems and processes, including integration of SaaS products.
- Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Resilience under pressure, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
