Immediate Requirement: Solution Architect (Short-Term Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Business Architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong business design mindset and a proven ability to analyze and map client requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop use cases and operating models to support business transformation (Design Thinking experience preferred).
• Analyze business needs, define processes, and embed architecture practices into client projects.
• Clarify scope and shape projects to align with client objectives.
• Provide programme shaping and business case support for initiatives.
• Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively at all levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven expertise in business design, business architecture, and process definition.
• Experience in programme shaping and delivering business cases.
• Ability to develop and document operating models and processes.
• Background in Energy and/or Utilities sectors is highly desirable.

Location & Details:

• Primarily home-based, with occasional travel as needed.
• Candidates based in the Thames Valley area (Reading/Maidenhead) are preferred.
