Solution Architect - SAP HR and ERP Systems

Salary up to £70,000 + bonus

UK wide, largely remote with infrequent travel

My market leading client in the manufacturing space, are looking to hire an HR Solution Architect to design and maintain a seamless HR technology ecosystem, integrating systems such as HRIS, talent management, and learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage HR technology architecture and integrations.
• Evaluate and select vendors, ensuring compliance and technical alignment.
• Act as a technical liaison between HR, IT, and external partners.
• Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and document processes.

Essential Experience:

• Expertise in HR technologies (e.g., SAP suite, ATS, LMS).
• Experience with system architecture, cloud technologies, and security.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
