Sommelier - 38K OTE - no weekends! - Jubilee Hospitality : Job Details

Are you an experienced Sommelier looking for a new opportunity?

THE JOB:

• Setting up for service and assistance with cleaning duties.
• Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice.
• Decanting fine wine.
• Strong knowledge of the onsite wine list.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier
• Strong attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills.
• Can do attitude and ability to multitask.
• Experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel desirable.
• WSET level 2 or above
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends (approx. 10 per year)

THE PACKAGE:

• 38K OTE (base + TRONC + GUARANTEED BONUS)
• 40h per week on a Monday – Friday basis
• Christmas off
• Meals on duty
