Sonographer - ARCHER RESOURCING LTD : Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sonographer to join a dedicated team in Gateshead. This role offers competitive rates and a structured clinic schedule, catering to a range of specialties including General, Gynaecology, and MSK sonography. The successful candidate will have strong transvaginal scanning skills and NHS experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing high-quality ultrasound scans across General, Gynaecological, and Musculoskeletal specialties.
• Conducting transvaginal scans with precision and sensitivity.
• Managing a busy patient schedule, maintaining a target of four patients per hour.
• Providing detailed and accurate reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines and standards.
• Delivering compassionate and patient-centred care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in General, Gynaecological, and MSK ultrasound scanning.
• Proficiency in performing transvaginal scans (mandatory).
• Previous experience working in an NHS setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and patient safety.
