Venn Group is currently recruiting a Procurement Sourcing Specialist for a leading Private Health Organisation.  The successful candidate will lead the sourcing and contract management of medical equipment, services, and indirect categories.

Role:                     Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Medical Equipment & Indirect Categories

Location:               London and surrounding areas

Salary:                  £40,000 - £45,000

Hybrid:                  Remote with bi-weekly/monthly site visits

Key responsibilities:

• Support procurement across medical equipment, services, and indirect categories.
• Achieve cost savings while maintaining essential service levels.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure optimal performance through SRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and identify business opportunities.
• Track, report savings, and update contract and supplier databases.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in material or category management, ideally within healthcare.
• Proven track record in complex procurement of capital equipment and services.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
