Tonic are currently recruiting a Sous Chef for our client's fresh food contract catering operation in London. This operation will be the base for providing a number of sites across London with various offers throughout the day, including grab-and-go, sandwiches and high-level hospitality. This role will suit a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef who has high-volume, fresh food kitchen experience throughout their CV. This is a 7-day operation, with core hours of 07:00 am - 15:30 pm (Overtime, if required)What we are looking for in Sous Chef candidates:
