Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Pay: £17.76 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
- Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Support in menu planning, training, and team development
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
