About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in central Edinburgh, where you’ll work a balanced schedule with daytime hours, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. This role involves supporting the Head Chef in producing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring our high standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency

• Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• Passion for high-quality ingredients and consistent execution
