Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes.

• Oversee food preparation areas, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels and support with inventory checks.
• Step in for the Head Chef when required, ensuring continuity in quality and service.
• Contribute to menu planning and innovation as needed.
