About the role:As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service are consistently maintained. You will help to lead and motivate the team, contributing to a positive and productive working environment.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen
• Passionate about food and delivering great service
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
