Job Title: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor Location: Newport office based Salary: £24,000

Hours: Full time permanent covering either 8-4 or 9-5 (on a rota basis) Mon - Fri.Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently looking for Spanish Speaking Customer Service AdvisorThis is a permanent and full time position. To be considered for this job you must speak fluent Spanish (native is a preference)The main purpose of the job will be to deal with custom queries over the phone from customers in Spain. 20% of this job will involve dealing with UK customers so fluent English is also essentialMain Job roles:

• Answering inbound calls
• Dealing with customer queries
• Taking and placing orders
• Updating internal systems
• Dealing with any general account queries
• Prioritizing workflow tasks
• Processing orders
• Arranging deliveries
• Dealing with invoices

Required experience

• Fluent in Spanish essential
• Fluent in English essential
• Able to speak French is desirable but not essential
• Good problem solver
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
