Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee absence management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations (ER) cases, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and management on a range of HR issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on absence management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
