• Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role with transferable skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs and the desire to go above and beyond to help them succeed.
• Confidence in handling the challenges that come with working in a special needs environment.
• Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
