Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN) - Experience with Learning Difficulties Needed - NG8 Area

Link3 are currently recruiting for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in the NG8 area. The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs (SEN), including learning difficulties, either in a dedicated special needs school/provision, an SEN unit within a mainstream school, or similar roles such as support worker or care roles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Direct experience working with children or young people with learning difficulties is essential. Whether you’ve worked in a special needs school, an SEN unit in a mainstream school, or have transferable experience from roles in care or support work, we’d love to hear from you.
• Flexibility and Passion: A genuine desire to support children with additional needs and adapt to different environments and situations.
• Transferable Skills: Experience from roles such as care assistants, support workers, or similar positions where you’ve worked with individuals requiring personal or educational support will also be highly beneficial.
