Specialist Mortgage Advisor (Gloucestershire)

Location: Gloucestershire | Hybrid 2 or 3 days from home

Base Salary: Up to £35,000

Commission: Uncapped, 10% - 30% Splits

OTE: £50k+ in the 1st year

Average advisors writing £12k per month

Top advisors £30k per month

Consegna Talent is proud to partner with a leading specialist mortgage company that is expanding its team. We are seeking a Mortgage Advisors to join this successful and growing organisation.

Purpose of the Role

• Help clients secure the best possible mortgage tailored to their unique financial circumstances.
• Manage the entire mortgage application process efficiently, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Build relationships with referral partners and clients to maintain a steady pipeline of business.

Key Requirements

• Whole-of-market mortgage advisory experience is preferred (advisors from large panels will also be considered).
• Strong experience in insurance advice, including Life Insurance.
• 1-2 years of experience working as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Full CeMAP qualification.
• A clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
• A clean credit file.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in both face-to-face and telephone-based appointments.
