In this role your be supporting beyond academics, in this rewarding role you be critical in supporting the learners social, emotional, behavioural, and physical development. In this role you need a strong commitment to building self-esteem and confidence among students. This inviting and modern setting is looking to recruit a specialist TA to support learners in there day school. This position will require you to support SEN learners with complex needs on a 1:1 basis in a classroom of no more than 8 learners. Our autistic students are aged between 5 - 16, they have associated behavioural and communication difficulties. Some pupils may have multiple learning difficulties. This school has plenty to offer including a outdoor theatre, forest school, therapy rooms, football pitches, latest tech gadgets, music studios and DT and Art workshops that dreams are made of!
