Area to be covered: East Midlands (would consider further South) ideally commutable to the office for training in the first few months

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + commissionBenefits: Hybrid company car + 5% matched pension & great benefits package

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Washroom Products will involve:

• Specification sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of washrooms, toilet cubicles, vanity units, lockers, panels and benching
• Majority of your time will be spent generating specification & selling to with architects, interior designers & tier 1 contractors
• Will be a small element of getting in the builder merchants
• Targeted on a team target not individual
• Dealing with typical project values of £50k-£80k depending on project sizes, can be in excess of £400k+
• Represent the company at trade shows, events and conduct company CPD presentations to clients
• Typical projects would include high end office refurbishment jobs

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Washroom Products with:

• Must have either specification sales experience dealing with architect & interior designer OR main contractors (ideally both)
• Open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
• Ideally have experience conducting CPD seminars
• Excellent influencing and communication skills; well-spoken and personable; able to get on with diverse personalities
• Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
• Results orientated, hungry, personable and enthusiastic
