Specification Sales Manager
Location: Open to candidates based anywhere South of Birmingham to apply
Package.
Salary - £50,000-£60,000 (dependent on experience)
Bonus - Company & Individual bonus available - Up to £20,000 in potential additional income
Commission - on sales above agreed target
Travel and expenses including use of company mobile phone will be reimbursed each month.

Position Summary
The main responsibility is to develop my client's brand within the UK, via UK based lighting designers, architects and specifiers.
Responsibilities and Authorities.
- Promote the portfolio to clients, with an emphasis on their technical, development and collaborative abilities.
- Work with UK based designers and the UK sales team to both strengthen existing relationships in the design community and establish new relationships with UK specifiers, predominately in the South of the UK.
- Identify opportunities with designers based in the UK
- Identify Designers and distributors working in Key market segments for:

- Hospitality and high-end residential projects
- Commercial, hospitality/hotel
- Brand Management
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Reporting on successes and areas for improvement
Key Performance Indicators.
- Achieve a minimum of the sales target, as agreed for each financial period
- Monthly reporting to Sales Director to provide an update on sales, marketing and overall business development.
Key Skills Required.
- Experience in Specification Project based sales within the Lighting industry
- Additional qualifications in electrical systems are a bonus.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally selling into the design community.
- Hardworking and determined, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to drive and willingness to travel across the South of the UK
