Salary: £30,617.60 to £44,699.20 pro rata, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications

Hours: Part Time, 2.5 days / 20 hours per week, Term time only

Aurora Cedars School offers bespoke education for up to 80 pupils aged 5-19 with ASC/SEMH needs, many of whom require support with speech, language, and communication.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff to deliver tailored assessment and intervention plans for children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs.
• Manage a small speech and language therapy caseload for the school.
• Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice with the support of the experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo.
• Expand communication-friendly practices and support the vision to empower vulnerable young people to be happy and successful.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC.
