### DescriptionOur resort in Skegness is recruiting for a Pool Plant Technical Team Member tocome and join us. Were looking for someone who**** likes to work as part of a team, iscomfortable and confident to talk to our guests and enjoys working in a busyenvironment and can dial up the energy when it’s required. You should have apositive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude with a passion for delivering a highlevel of service and will always strive to exceed the guest’s expectations. ### Key ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role includes: Carrying out and assisting with planned maintenance and reactive maintenanceand backwashing Daily and weekly swimming pool water tests Carrying out daily plant and equipment servicing Completing all documentation in line with the company policy General understanding of Health and Safety procedures General maintenance of the Splash plantroom equipment _Please Note: Our business is open 7 days a week and therefore flexibility, reliability andpunctuality are all essential, as you will form an important part of a team. Working to a rostered 5 days out of 7.
