Up to £70K Base + OTE £110K+ (Uncapped)

London office - Hybrid working (2 days in-office) & Travel· Are you an experienced and high-achieving Sponsorship Sales professional with management skills?· Have you sold sponsorships for Energy events?· Are you ready to take the next step and lead a high-performing team?I'm hiring a Sponsorship Sales Team Manager to drive revenue growth for a market-leading Energy events portfolio.

In this role, you’ll:· Lead & mentor a team of Sponsorship Sales Executives· Sell high-value sponsorships to senior decision-makers in the energy sector· Work on globally recognized energy conferences & exhibitions· Be part of a fast-paced, high-reward environmentThis is an incredible opportunity for someone with proven experience in sponsorship sales for Energy events, a track record of exceeding revenue targets and leadership experience.
