Engage Education are currently looking to recruit a Sports Mentor to support a specialist school in Bushey.It would be highly desirable to have a background in sports coaching or a BSc in Sports Science.This school caters for young people ages 7 to 18. You will need to have a range of management techniques and be comfortable supporting a class with complex needs.Your Role:

• Supporting mixed classes through a variety of lessons
• Managing behaviour and working with vulnerable students

What you will need:

• A range of behaviour management techniques
• To have worked with learners with a range of needs
• The ability to re-engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
• To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time
• A resilient attitude
