About the Role:As a Sports Graduate, you’ll work with children across various age groups, providing support in Physical Education (PE) lessons, assisting with sports activities, and helping to create a positive, active learning environment. This role is perfect for anyone aspiring to become a PE teacher, coach, or youth mentor and offers the chance to develop skills in classroom management, coaching, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting PE teachers with the delivery of sports and physical education lessons.
• Leading small groups and one-to-one activities to support student development.
• Encouraging participation and fostering a love for sports and active lifestyles.
• Managing student behavior during sports sessions and ensuring a safe environment.
• Supporting students with different abilities, helping them to reach their full potential.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Sports, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• A passion for working with young people and making a positive impact.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Prior experience in coaching, youth work, or school settings is desirable but not essential.
