The Opportunity: Spray Paint Operative 

Location: Revived Equipment - East Kilbride 

Salary: £30,800

The Impact you will have:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
• Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Apply paint using spray equipment with precision and care.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Follow safety protocols while working with hazardous materials and power tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Conduct touch-ups and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

What will help you to excel in this role:

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use both power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Capability of heavy lifting as required during various tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
