Job Description :

To carry out individual care as per Service User’s care plans.
To continuously assess and monitor the "dependency" of Service Users.
To assess, implement & evaluate Service User’s care plans, risk management assessment and other assessment tools
To promote confidentiality.
To establish and maintain good relationships between Service Users, relatives and staff.
To participate in the Service Users’ activity programme.
To administer and control drugs and medications as per the Company Policy, NMC and Health Authority guidelines.
To undertake direct nursing care as necessary.
To adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures and to ensure subordinates are fully conversant with them.
To allocate duties and tasks to Care Staff.
To supervise the service of food and drinks to Service Users.
To improve and update professional knowledge.
To assist with training of all staff in the clinical area.
To carry out other duties as well, from time to time, as directed.
To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, Service Users and other persons.

Salary : 19.5 - 19.5
