Standalone Billing & Credit Controller - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyBased in Manchester, our client, a specialist Legal legal company is seeking an experienced Billings and Credit Controller to work on a standalone basis.Your new roleIn this exciting role, you will work as a Sole Billings and Credit Controller and take the lead role to ensure the full management of the companies' Credit and Billing process.Ensuring clients are billed accurately in accordance with terms and dealing with any queries in a professional and timely manner.Working with companies' high-spend net worth-key account clients, responsible to ensure monies owed are paid on time, identifying any payment issues in advance, query resolution and ensuring a clean running ledger. Customer relations are key to this role, and you will be able to build a strong rapport and lasting business results whilst maintaining a successful & buoyant credit function.Working closely with internal managers, you will be tasked to produce regular forecasts of Work in Progress reports, together with monies collected and reporting on any potential at risk clients.This role would suit a dynamic, well organised and hands on candidate who enjoys taking full ownership and responsibility of the Credit and Billing function.
