Stock Controller - Osborne Appointments : Job Details

Role: Stock Controller – Temp to Perm

Location: Bedford MK45

Hours: Full time 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience

Additional £200 per month attendance bonus

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Stock Controller to join our client’s successful distribution company.

Duties of a Stock Controller:

• Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Arrange customer inbound requirements to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle daily customer interactions with professionalism.
• Provide holiday cover for colleagues.
• Input pricing and upload necessary paperwork to our systems.
• Manage small investigations for stock discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to support overall operations and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
